Moving Day

On Friday after the girls got home from school, we headed up to Mesa to help Cort & Chandra move into a new apartment. We needed to take Ric's truck (a two-door tacoma) to help with the process which made for very tight quarters for the girls to make the trip with, but we did it - complete with complaining...
Oh, notice Chanelle's help-with-the-moving outfit! There are always beads involved but we love our little diva. :)



Here is the "old" apartment that they have lived in for the first year of their marriage. It is sort of a duplex with problems - try NO inside doors which includes the bathroom. This and some other things the landlord promised for a year to get done. Thus, the move to better conditions.

This is the new place which is a definite step-up in the right direction with DOORS in all the right places. It is located less than a half block from the Mesa Temple and is quite retro including an original pink tub & tile in one of the bathrooms but it is a great new place for them!
