Cort & Chandra have decided to buy a home in Queen Creek Arizona! This particular area has been bombarded with foreclosures and thus they were able to buy a 5 bedroom, 3 bath 2377
sqft home home in the very, very
low $100,000's . The home is in a really nice section of the community where all the homes are well-cared for. It has new carpet, new paint, new appliances, two brand new air conditioners, built in 2004, landscaping with automatic sprinkler systems in place both in front as well as back. There are also 3 community pools, many parks in the neighborhood, walking/jogging paths throughout the whole area, and a golf course. We are so excited for them to move at the end of the month. Chandra has already interviewed and got a teaching job with the school district there so changes are really happening quickly in their lives! All they need to do now is fill it up with lots of kids!

Michelle, Your brother wants to know if they bought this house or are you still selling it because you forgot to mention the gorgeous sunsets and the spectacular mountain views!!!lol. Congratulations to the parents to be, we hope they fill it with lots of little ones too!
